Be An Angel Christmas Program

Detail: Be An Angel Fund Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit charity that has worked for the past 23 years helping children with multiple disabilities and the profoundly deaf. Every year Be An Angel brings Christmas to over 3,500 children with special needs. Starting Nov. 1 we shop, wrap and deliver $50 worth of presents to each child during a month’s time. Be An Angel is based out of Houston and primarily serves Houston’s children. For three years Be An Angel has included 200 special needs children from the Dallas and Fort Worth Independent School Districts in our Christmas Program. Unfortunately, since our budget belt has been tightened, and because we serve those schools without receiving any support from the Dallas-Fort Worth areas, we have to cut our Christmas Program in those schools. Be An Angel does not want to do that. We want to continue serving children in Dallas and Fort Worth, but we need help to do so. We need partners and donors in the Dallas-Fort Worth Area who believe in how important it is for every child, able-bodied or not, to have a smile on their face on Christmas morning.
